Now you can unlock your modem easily by following some rules below.
1. First you have to remove your Memory Card and Sim from Modem(if support memory card).
2. Enter the Modem in your Computer USB port.
3.Turn off Connection Manager(if it is started).
4. You have to download a software to complete this pupose

5. Unzipe the software and open dccrap.exe
See the picture and do it easily.
6. Select your Moden "ZTE datacards (No: 1)"
7. Then click on "Auto Detect (recommended) (No: 2)"
8. Click on Find button (No:3)
9. At last click on unlock button
